Peter Sellei was previously Head of Health Care Investments at Investor AB, previous board member of Biovtrum, Carmeda and deputy board member of Neuronova, prior to his appointment at Investor AB Peter Sellei headed Carnegie Investment Bank Health Care Equity Research Team. Peter Sellei has a medical degree from Karolinska Institute, and more than six years work experience as a thoracic surgeon at Karolinska Hospital.

Hans Wiksell is a professor at Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm and founder of the company. He is an entrepreneur and has extensive experience in developing successful medical technical products such as "Sonocut", "Lithocut", "ECP" and "Utercut". Today, more than 400 000 patients have been treated successfully using his products. He is a Member of the Scientific Board at "Physica Medica" and Täby-Danderyds Inventor Association. Hans has received the Sala-Tolus award in 1979 and the NUTEK Great inventor award. He holds more than 25 patents.

Mats Carlson has over 30 years of experience in product development and production in pharmaceuticals and medical technology. He is a member of management at Aerocrine and deputy board member of RegMan. Previsouly he was on the board of the Swedish Industrial Design Foundation, SEDOC PM as well as the biotechnology Ph.D. programme focusing on industry at Karolinska Institutet. Further experience includes working as CEO for Pharmacia Chiron Partnership, as consultant for Wenell Management AB as well as project coordinator at Pharmacia and project manager at Siemens-Elema

Karl Swartling was previously co-head of Investor Growth Capital AB where he was responsible for developing and implementing a new investment strategy for IGC Europe and built a significant portfolio of expansion stage companies. He completed numerous new investments and exits, was responsible for leading the IGC Europe Team and for the overall portfolio of investments. He had an active board role in over 15 portfolio companies. Further experience include being leader of McKinsey Scandinavia Life Sciences/ Health Care Practice. He is currently a board member of KTH Holding and member of Sting Capital Advisory Group

Kai-Uwe Schässburger has a background in physics and is currently working on his Ph.D. thesis on "Novel techniques in breast cancer management". He is actively involved in research and development of NeoDynamics devices.

Gert Auer is professor in molecular pathology at Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm as well as guest professor in proteomics at Tokyo University. Gert is co-founder of the company and has a global clinical network. More than 40 doctors have defended their dissertation under his professorship. Gert has extensive experience in both cancer diagnostics and entrepreneurship in the field proteomics.

Lars-Ove Håkansson was previously CEO and chairman of Skanska AB. For more than 25 years he was chairman and member of the board of at least 50 companies in many different business areas such as Svenska Handelsbanken, Sandvik, SKF, JM, Ramboll, Cardo, Bravida, Elite Hotels, Kone and Getinge.

Otto Skolling has 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry and medical technology, including within Novozymes, Siemens Life Support Systems and Pharmacia&Upjohn. He acts as Vice President Portfolio Management at Karolinska Development since 2007 and is board member at several biotech companies such as Athera Biotechnologies AB and BioChromix Pharma AB.
